Contact us to book an appointment with our hospice certified veterinarian to create a care plan that is right for both your pet and family.

Dr. Mann is available by appointment only, Monday-Friday. She is accessible to established clients via phone, text or email but is not available 24/7. An emergency plan will be established for every patient during their home consultation.

Completion of intake paperwork and review of patient’s medical records are required prior to consultation.

Payment is required at time of service by cash, check or credit card. No billing is allowed.
